Ardilla Drive

Madera, California

A four-bedroom corner home with a cottage feel, a den and two walk-in closets in the main suite.

This four-bedroom corner home has a cottage feel, thanks to the stone work at the front entrance, and an attached two-car garage.

Inside is a large living room, a den, and a kitchen with wood cabinets and a breakfast area. The main suite has two walk-in closets.

The front yard has a big lawn, and it is a double corner lot, so there is no one behind or beside you.

Sierra Vista Elementary is 300 yards away, and Madera High School and Martin Luther Middle School are both about a mile away. Highway 99 is less than a mile away.

You pay utilities: water, gas, electricity, trash and landscaping.
